Responsibilities:
Handling and maintaining all corporate business licence and permits, such as SIUP and TDP
Responsible to handle legal issues, legal correspondence, and legal documentation
Prepare all documents needed
Responsible in daily routine jobs for legal matters
Liaising with external parties / legal counsel
Requirements:
Male or Female, max. 27 years old
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Law or equivalent.
Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Law/Legal Services
Excellent knowledge of legal system and administration
Excellent computer literate is a must
At least 2 years of working experience as legal officer
Hard working, well-organized, self-motivated, energic, strong legal analytical thinking, able to perform multitasking skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Able to work under pressure as a team or individual
Willing to work in Gresik
