Assist clients in deal structuring, negotiation and documentation matters
Ability to demonstrate leadership skills in leading teams and managing teams from other departments
Provide guidance to junior staff members

To be successful in this role you will require:
Bachelor or Masters Degree in Accounting or Finance
Possession of accounting / finance qualification
Big 4 audit experience with experience in carrying out due diligence
Independent individual with a sense of adventure
Strong writing and analytical skills with excellent communications
Fluent English language skill
