We are an established Airline Company, the largest operator of Cessna Grand Caravan in Asia Pacific Region. We are seeking high qualified candidates for :

Safety Manager
Jakarta Raya, Pangandaran (Jawa Barat)

Responsibilities:

• Liaising with the Director of Safety on all SMS matters.
• Promoting safety culture within the workplace.
• Encouraging staff to report errors, safety deficiencies, hazards, accidents, and incidents.
• Overseeing the operational safety of work performed by subordinated personnel.
• Helping to identify risk associated with facility activities and assisting in implementing risk mitigation strategies.
• Assisting and carrying out occurrence investigations and helping to identify contributing factors and recommending corrective/preventive actions.
• Assisting in the implementations of corrective/preventive actions associated with occurrence investigations and audit.

Requirements:

• Male / Female
• Formal qualifications in aviation safety, and not older than 45 years old.
• Previous experience in large general aviation operations, preferably with CASR part 135. Previous experience in safety management system and safety reporting system.
• Outstanding management and communication skills.
• Capable of designing and conducting safety audits.
• Certificates IV in workplace training and assessment and the design of training aids.
• Computer skills, excel, word, PowerPoint.
• Able to work under pressure and flexible schedule.
