Harvesting Supervisor
Jawa Timur - Bondowoso

Responsibilities:

• Supervises and coordinates activities in harvesting trees on company-owned or leased land tracts.
• Tours land tracts to ascertain conditions and estimate work-hour requirements to cultivate and harvest trees.
• Confers with management to report conditions of lands and crops, recommend actions to be taken, and obtain instructions regarding variety and number of trees per acre to plant, cultural practices to apply, and harvesting date and location.

Requirements:

• Male/Female, max 35 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Agriculture/Aquaculture/Forestry.
• Required skill: harvesting trees, experience in harvesting hard wood is advantage, good communication with the community and the government.
• At least 2 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Agriculture/Forestry/Fisheries.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Bondowoso.

Responsibilities:

• Mentor and assist the Company in matters relating to legal issues. For example, create a contract of employment, contract, representing the company in court in case of legal disputes, etc..
• Understand the new law applicable procedures
• Oversee application of new operational procedures applied so as not to conflict with the legal perspective, especially when dealing with third parties
• Request a report / recap on the Company's activities to see the implementation of legal procedures
• Make calls / email / contact to alert the user if there is a lack of proper procedures in the implementation of laws that can have an impact on the Company
• Discuss with the user to resolve any problems that may arise from errors of law procedures

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Law or equivalent.
• Required skill: policy papers, legal documents.
• At least 2 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Surabaya & Bondowoso.
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
• Full-Time position available.
