Legal Manager
Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

• Performing various tasks related to legal matters in a company
• Providing legal advice and guidance on all kinds of legal matters
• Preparing legal letters, agreements for mergers, acquisitions, joint venture, etc.
• Ensuring compliance of laws and regulations for all operations in an organization
• Studying contracts and legal documents to make sure that it is in the organization’s interests
• Securing company and its assets from any illegal problems
• Documenting and keeping all the legal documents securely

Requirements:

• Age max 40 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree of Law
• At least 5 years’ experience as Corporate Legal Manager in a Holding Company
• Law firm background or highly experienced in Holding Company would be advantages
• Strong knowledge of corporate laws, company laws and regulations
• Must have good knowledge and experience in the Indonesian Law (especially in regards to Company Law, Right-Issues Processes, IPO Preparation, Legal Due Diligence, Contract/ Agreement Drafting and Litigation)
• Able to make company contract, implement Legal Due Diligence, give legal opinion (when being asked), etc.
• Fluent English and Indonesian
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self motivated and displays initiative in solving problems
• Excellent watching and logical abilities
• Must be well organized, and accurate in work
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality about all legal matters
