Responsibilities:

• Handle legal documentation
• Review and drafting agreement
• Ensure compliance of the company's business
• Ensure licensing and permitting executed properly and meet the deadline

Requirements:

• Male / female
• Maximum 35 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree, Law form reputable university.
• At least 3-5 years of working experience as Legal, especially in the corporate.
• Proficient with all legal matters in all corporate business, especially in property
• Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
• Good leadership, negotiation, presentation, and strong analytical skill.
• Well organized and detail oriented.
• Having good communication and interpersonal skill.
• Have a High Commitment to Work, Energetic, Self Motivated, Strong & Though
• Having leadership capability, communicative and able to work, both in team or individual
• Computer Literate (min. MS.Office)
• Fluent in English both oral and written

Responsibilities:

• This position is reporting to Tax Supervisor. He or She will be responsible for company tax matters. Calculate form preparation fees according to return complexity and processing time required.And also Check data input or verify totals on forms prepared by others to detect errors in arithmetic, data entry, or procedures

Requirements:

• Male / Female
• Max. 35 Years Old
• D3 majoring in Accounting/Tax, S1 is preferable
• Proficient in Ms. Office : Ms. Word, Ms. Excel and Ms. Power Point
• At least 2 years working experience at the same position
• Certified on Brevet A and Brevet B
• Strong knowledge on accounting principle and able to perform analysis and review on actuarial calculation
• Used to do report tax and tax calculation
• Honest, detail, integrity, and used to work with deadline
• Full-Time positions available

• Experience in leading large-scale residential development projects together with some exposure of the complexities of land reclamation would be a distinct advantage

• Min. S-1 in Civil Engineering / Architect with 3.0 GPA
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil / Architect) or equivalent
• At least more than 10 years of working experience in managing project for big real estate developer
• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Property / Real Estate, Engineering – Civil / Construction / Structural or equivalent
• Able to read and implement architecture design
• Concern to detail, result oriented, leadership skill and hard worker
• Proficient in planning, budgeting, monitoring, project implementation and project scope
• Will be placed in outside Jabodetabek
• Love to do travelling frequently
